New editors are always welcome here, but we realize that making your first edit can be daunting. Here are some ways you can help out on the Zombies, Run! Wiki.
- Fix any spelling and grammar mistakes that you find. This how many people start their editing journey. It's simple: if you see a mistake, fix it! It may seem small, but any contribution is helpful.
- Help expand a stub page. A stub page is one that is very short and missing important information.
- Add information that is missing from a page. Did you notice that there's something missing on a page? An important plot development, an interesting bit of trivia, even entire sections? Add it! Don't worry about making it perfect. The important thing is that the information is there.
- Create a wanted page. A wanted page, or redlinked page, is one that has been linked to on another page but has not been created yet. These links appear with red text in the articles. You can click on the red link to be taken to the editor where you can create the page. Again, don't worry about making it look perfect; other editors will come along to work on it once it has been created.
- Upload images. If you have a new image to upload, or a higher quality version of one that has already been uploaded, please feel free to add it to the wiki! Note: uploading fanart is allowed, but you must get the artist's permission beforehand.
If you're still nervous about editing, you can always leave a comment in the area below the article page. You can say what you think is missing or incorrect and one of our other editors would be more than happy to fix it for you.
