Phil Cheeseman is the one of the hosts of Radio New Tomorrow in New Canton.

History

Season Two

After Nadia is placed under house arrest for attempting to kill Runner Five, Phil takes over her duties as comms operator for New Canton's runners.

Phil and Zoe act as the announcers for the first annual Abel/New Canton boat race. Unfortunately the race is interrupted by the arrival of a horde of at least fifty zombies. Phil and Zoe direct the crowd to safety while the racers lure the zombies away.
