After Nadia is placed under house arrest for attempting to kill Runner Five, Phil takes over her duties as comms operator for New Canton's runners.[1]
Phil and Zoe act as the announcers for the first annual Abel/New Canton boat race. Unfortunately the race is interrupted by the arrival of a horde of at least fifty zombies. Phil and Zoe direct the crowd to safety while the racers lure the zombies away.[2]
