Your escape from Abel Village doesn't go quite as planned. There are people following you, and the path seems unending.

An Older Magic
Sam argues with the village Elder who says that you came here willingly, and what keeps you is an older magic than you know. But you are free to try to leave.
The Slaughterman
You are taunted as you leave the village, but at least Ernie's injury seems to have healed with not a mark. You see more villagers, and one of them is holding a large knife. Better hurry!
Being Followed
You don't recognise this road from walking in. Ernie thinks the Running of the Lambs sounds familiar from his reading, as a pagan ritual. Sam thinks he hears footsteps, and you see three people following you.
Safety in Numbers
Fog is rolling in, but those people are still following you. There also seem to be people ahead. Perhaps you can join them if they're trying to escape.
Lost Forever
Every time you speed up, the people in front and ahead. you speed up too. Ernie realises that they are you! You're following yourselves. It's caused by the ley lines. Get moving!
The Hunt
There are houses up ahead so you must be near the road, but when you reach them you realise you're back at Abel Village. They bring out a crown and mask and force them onto you. You've been chosen! Run well and you will be made Monarch of the Crows. Fail, and your blood will nourish the earth!
