Runner Five and company frequently wear yellow Exmoor Militia jackets while causing trouble for The Minister. They initially join The Builder in wearing the yellow jackets while attempting to take back Abel. They also wear them on other occasions, causing Jody to ask if they're making enemies by posing as Exmoor Militia and angering Sigrid.
According to Ian Golightly in S5M6, The Minister had made an agreement with Exmoor Militia that they would receive a vaccine once it was ready.
