Brent Valmont is generally an affable man. He is often in high spirits and gets excited at the opportunity to involve himself in events.
Valmont enjoys collecting famous movie props and sets.
Valmont has freely offered his assistance to Abel Township on several different occasions. He is a self-described fan of Janine de Luca and Runner Five.[1]

In Tunisia, Valmont reveals a darker side to his personality when he sabotages the Abel team's attempts to retrieve a panacea. While he pretends to still be their ally, he sends his soldiers to capture Peter, Sam, Janine, and finally Runner Five. He executes one of his subordinates right in front of Five for failing to capture them sooner. He tells Five that their adventures have been very entertaining to him, before saying that Five belongs to him now.[2]

Amelia Spens[]
Brent Valmont and Amelia Spens got married before the apocalypse. Their relationship has deteriorated significantly over time, although Amelia says they never actually got divorced. While Amelia frequently expresses her dislike (and sometimes fear) of Valmont, those feelings seem to be one-sided. Valmont has made several romantic gestures towards her over the years, seemingly in an attempt to win her back.
ANNIE[]
Valmont is one of the only people that ANNIE takes orders from. Valmont is almost always accompanied by some version of ANNIE and has a copy of her software installed at most of his properties.
